⁹ “When your fathers ^(A)tried Me,
They tested Me, though they had seen My work.
¹⁰ For ^(B)forty years I loathed that generation,
And said they are a people who wander in their heart,
And they do not know My ways.
¹¹ Therefore I ^(C)swore in My anger,
They shall never enter into My ^(D)rest.”
